Modern Device management with technologies as Intune, Airwatch, JAMF, Google
Identity Management (Multi Factor Authentication, Authorisation, Single Sign On) within Azure, Google
Working with Personas
Device technologies as Apple, Samsung, Dell and other enterprise vendors
Support through self service, self Healing
Corporate Enterprise App store as well as public app stores in corporate context (App Store, Google play)
Beyond normal user of M365 suite
You have knowledge in following areas:
• operations engineering practices, with knowledge and experience of using industry standard toolsets
• working in agile/iterative teams, with an emphasis on self-organisation and delivery to agreed commitments
• dependent services (in workplace context-onboard/support/offboard) connected to co-worker through the lifecycle
• agile development practices, in which requirements and solutions evolve through the collaborative effort of self-organizing cross-functional teams
• IKEAs corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people
Besides being able to collaborate with others (incl. virtual) to achieve goals you have the ability to acquire new knowledge and skills and leverages new methods, digital systems and processes to improve performance and to develop high quality code using and applying good practices. Agile working and continuous improvement within the software engineering function is another one of your talents as well as to change direction as appropriate based on new ideas, approaches, and strategies, with senior guidance.

In this role you will work in a high skilled engineering team with best practices combining enterprise design with local enablement with high quality digital enablement throughout the lifecycle of the products across the Group Digital.
You are expected to stay up-to-date with current industry standards in order to help developing the product offers in this area towards future needs.
In Devices & Touchpoint product area, we enable a User Centric Experience on devices with easy access to apps/files/knowledge to selfserve. We are securing corporate compliance for our endpoints where device flora contains mobiles, tablets, laptops, industrial handhelds, forklift terminals, digital signage.
Cloud managed devices is where we are heading and putting user experience in focus for everything we do.
You will:
• be in close collaboration with other areas and functions in INGKA, focusing on how to ensure the best experience for our colleagues
• support maintaining, upgrading, optimising and ensuring maximum uptime of digital products
• own the responsibility of securing value and run of the digital products you help build
• participate in the implementation of new system and infrastructure projects
• help ensure that systems monitoring setup is robust and properly structured
• assist the various Platform Teams with tasks that require optimisation/modifications to the current infrastructure
• help integrating, developing and maintaining the right toolsets required for running a specific system
• apply and adhere to good practice digital operations engineering practices within an agile/iterative development approach
• provide support and guidance as needed to other engineers within the development team encouraging good practices
• work across initiatives within INGKA Group, helping to steer towards data-driven solutions
