If selected, you will get the opportunity to work with complex digital automotive surfaces studio team. The main duties and responsibilities of this position is to create high-quality class-A surfaces for all visible exterior and interior components.
In this role you will:
• Create complex and high-quality digital automotive surfaces
• Create digital automotive surfaces ranging from early concept to production Class-A level
• Interpret 2D sketches and renderings into 3D surfaces
• Work closely together with exterior and interior design staff
• Work closely together with engineering and packaging engineers to incorporate all feasibility criteria
Key competences:
Minimum requirement is 3 years' experience working for an OEM in an automotive design studio. You should have an understanding for product development process and robust portfolio! You should have a BSc, BA or MFA degree in design, engineering or transportation related. You should be highly proficiency in Alias, ICEM Surf or equivalent surfacing program and VRED, Keyshot or equivalent rendering program. Production experience a plus.
