About the role
The Global Strategic Marketing of Galderma Aesthetics business is organized around two franchises, Devices (HA fillers and biostimulators) and Toxins. As a Digital Strategy and Service manager, you will, together with Head of Portfolio Strategy and other relevant team members, develop and implement the global digital strategy and services innovation strategy for the aesthetics portfolio to maintain/improve our value proposition to customers.

As Digital Strategy and Service Manager, you will:
* Identify, develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to help deliver against brand and business unit objectives. Strategies which will include B2B; B2C and B2B2C content and must consider branded and unbranded information
* Plan and implement campaigns/projects to create and maintain digital content in line with the marketing strategies
* Own the global media and commercial assets library and optimize processes used internally and by markets, agencies, and customers. Evolve and drive content development and distribution globally, including channel optimization
* Support development of the services innovation strategy and implement delivery of new tools/systems globally in line with new technologies and market trends
* Measure and report the performance of multi-channel campaigns/projects in collaboration with commercial operations and local affiliates.
* Share best practices and learnings with markets and other groups
* Collaborate with external vendors/agencies as well as with the global marketing teams (fillers and toxins) and local marketing teams.
* Ensure strict compliance with all required codes of practice and ensure appropriate guidance is provided to markets for any local adaption and implementation

You will travel extensively globally 30% to 40% of your time.



About you
We believe that you have a University Degree (Master level) or similar in business or science. An advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD) is preferred.



You also have:
* 3-5 years of Digital Marketing experience with demonstrated understanding, expertise and success in multi-channel marketing strategies (preferably with Pharmaceutical company or Digital Agency)
* Experience managing agencies, suppliers
* Significant experience B2B2C services and commercial strategies, including PR and social media
* Understanding of marketing activities with agencies targeting, creating user experience and user interface designs
* Strong project management background
* Strong verbal and written skills
* Experience from working in a matrix environment
