As Digital is one of the key drivers in the ecosystem of logistics and sustainable transport solutions Scania has decided to establish a Digital function with the aim to accelerate digital transformation across Scania. Digital transformation is engaging all parts of Scania's business from Product Development, Order to delivery, Sales to Service delivery. The function is headed by CDO Mikael Cato, reporting to CEO Henrik Henriksson.

The aims of the Digital function is to lead, drive and follow up on Scania's overall digital ambition. And secondly; challenge, inspire and support the organisation in accelerating digitalisation. The digitalisation efforts will be executed cross function and cross process through a digital officer network consisting of business representatives, appointed by the respective Executive Board member, together with a central team of strategic, digital and administrative competence.

As a Digital Strategist and Project Manager you will have an important role in establishing and driving the fundamentals of Scania's current position, vision and objectives, planning, governance and organisation.

Your tasks

Plan and lead activities information retrieval, compilation of data, analysis and visualization of results
Plan and lead or assist in workshops exaction on current situation, vision & objectives
Assist in defining overall Scania digital capabilities and creating a Scania capability roadmap
Assist in setting up governance and structure in a digital strategy and transformation PMO
Communication in all shapes and forms

Your profile

You have an academic degree and have approximately 2-4 years of experience, in management consulting, digital strategy consultant or equivalent internal function in a large company
You are analytical, creative and accurate and highly motivated to solve problems and creating lasting results
You have the ability to structure and explain complex conditions in a concrete and educational way
You are responsive and have the ability to build and develop relationships to drive change
You have an entrepreneurial drive and innovative approach where you excel in taking initiatives and making things happen
You have experience and/or great interest in digitalization within business and society
