hela Sverige Lycamobile is looking for an Digital sales and marketing manager to drive segment based marketing campigns in scandinavia. We need an ambitious, self-driven with background from either one of the following segments.
1. Polish
2. Turkish
3. Arabic
4. Somalian
Desired Skillset:
• Solid knowledge and understanding of the concerned community / segment
• Solid knowledge of the key media / TV, Press, Radio, Digital for the segment
• Ability to prepare a segment media plans
• Ability to issue brief to media agencies & negotiate on behalf of Lycamobile
• Ability to develop an in-depth understanding of customer needs and habits within the segment concerned
• Ability to develop marketing programs for the segment and co-operation with marketing colleagues based in London and other Lycamobile countries in order to execute marketing plans including TV, print, radio, outdoor and digital media.
• Ability to identify segment opportunities, develop marketing campaigns to differentiate from the competition in order to secure the growth of customer acquisition
• Ability to leverage internal and external resources to deliver compelling integrated marketing programs that include online and offline collateral, advertising, PR, sales tool kits
• Ability to carry out promotions during events & attend events as required
• Undertaking field visits for sales, branding opportunities and organisation of customer feedback surveys
• Ability to sell & market our product in respective country
• Must be native speaker of that segment language
• Must be able travel if and when required.
Other skills:
Good command of English - written and spoken - communication with Head Office in London and other countries
PC literate - Windows and MS Office package (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
