Our Exciting Opportunity
Radio products are key to the Ericsson business and algorithms that handle the hardware characteristics and impairments are important to their performance. We are now looking for a developer in radio algorithms. Mathematics, data analytics, machine learning, digital design, software and scripting skills and understanding of air interface performance are some of the competencies required in our team to deliver special algorithms. Curiosity and interest in these different aspects backed with strength in one or more of the areas is important for you to excel in our team. We believe you are a recently graduated PhD or Master of Science with a few years experience. We are organized in development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.

You will
You will work with a team to explore the newest technology within wireless communication.
Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling.
explore/design/simulate/implement algorithms
Drive continuous improvements of products and processes
Develop competence in technical domains

Implement efficient Algorithms for areas such as Digital Pre-distortion (DPD), Down Link Linearization, Crest Factor Reduction (CFR), Passive Inter-Modulation (PIM), Antenna Calibration, Machine Learning, and Radio Beamforming

To be successful in the role you must have
Education: PhD or a MSc in wireless communication, signal processing, Mathematics or Engineering Physics.
Ability to take own responsibility
Domain experience: Matlab/C/C++, Python,
Working with people and networking
Innovating, adapting and responding to change
Planning and Organizing
Min years of experience: newly graduated or a few years experience.
