For our Ad Sales department in Stockholm we are recruiting a (full time) Digital Project Manager
The Ad Sales department in Stockholm is primarily responsible for optimizing the revenues from Ad Sales in the Nordic region, through both current and new distribution channels. As part of Viacom International Media Networks Northern Europe we also cooperate closely and work together with the other departments at our offices in Amsterdam, Berlin and Warsaw.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all digital Ad Sales Campaigns, i.e. plan, execute, optimize and evaluate the campaigns.
• Continuously track performance of current digital KPI?s
• Provide professional advice and update the key stakeholders, internal as well as external, regarding the progress of the current campaigns
• Create online presentation materials required by the business.
• Execute and support the Digital Account Director with the implementation of digital sales strategies
• Plan content on AVOD platforms ? ensure that the content is delivered according to agreement and validate that the content follows legal restrictions.
• Lead projects and technical operations
• Continuously monitor the digital market, i.e. market trends, competitors and consumer behaviors
• Manage client relationships with outsourced sales partners.
• Coordinate information flow and continuously update the sales partners with information and presentations.
• Develop presentation material about VIMN digital assets.
• Perform in-depth analysis of the revenue streams within the digital fields and assets of the VIMN business.
Requirements:
• Preferably, educated within digital media.
• At least 1 year?s relevant experience, preferably with digital media campaign management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent follow-through, a pragmatic approach to resolve complex and less complicated issues and, excellent analytical skills.
• The ability to understand business interests, to translate these interests into digital campaigns and ability to work together with business teams productively.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent judgment and interpersonal skills; flexible team player, able to work in a team environment.
