hela Sverige As Digital is one of the key drivers in the ecosystem of logistics and sustainable transport solutions Scania has decided to establish a Digital function with the aim to accelerate digital transformation across Scania. Digital transformation is engaging all parts of Scania's business from Product Development, Order to delivery, Sales to Service delivery. The function is headed by CDO Mikael Cato, reporting to CEO Henrik Henriksson.
The aims of the Digital function is to lead, drive and follow up on Scania's overall digital ambition. And secondly; challenge, inspire and support the organisation in accelerating digitalisation.
The digitalisation efforts will be executed cross functional and cross process through a digital officer network consisting of business representatives, appointed by the respective Executive Board member, together with a central team of strategic, digital and administrative competence.
We are now looking for a Digital Program- and Senior Project Manager that will be part of the central team. The person we are looking to hire will fill an important role in establishing and driving the fundamentals of Scania's current position, vision and objectives, planning, governance and organisation.
Your tasks
Plan and lead activities in defining and driving the Scania's portfolio / programme of digital acceleration projects
Be instrumental in developing a plan for, and establishing programme / project governance for the portfolio
Securing use and reuse of Scania general capabilities
Hands on Programme management
Communication in all shapes and forms
Your profile
You have an academic degree and have approximately 8+ years of experience in management consulting, digital strategy consultancy or equivalent internal function in a large company
You have experience in leading programmes and large projects within business and IT, reporting on an executive level in an international business context
You have an entrepreneurial drive and excel in taking initiatives and making things happen. You are analytical, accurate and highly motivated to drive deliveries and create lasting results.
You have the ability to develop governance structures and set up in a concrete, lean and functional way. You are responsive and have the ability to build and develop relationships to drive change.
