We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Program Manager with a background in the software and automotive industry to join our team! As a Digital Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and innovative initiatives while staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies.

Let us describe the challenge we offer

The Digital Program Manager takes on a broad range of important initiatives, projects or pre-studies that need to be delivered or coordinated across Digital department and beyond. The role is leading the definition of the initiative, planning, budgeting, staffing, executing, analyzing and presenting the deliverables and recommendations etc.

In this role you would be a part of the Digital Program Management Office team. The team's responsibility is managing regular Product planning ceremonies and supporting the intake of new initiatives. Digital 's Program Management Office is responsible for coordinating all larger initiative pre-studies, cross-domain initiatives and other project management, as requested. It is also responsible for coaching all domains and teams to transform our agile way of working and continuously evolve it, including lean project methodologies when applicable.

This position is located at our Lindholmen office in Gothenburg. We understand that work-life balance isn't easy, and of course, welcome our employees to work flexible hours and from home a couple of days per week if needed. We believe in empowerment.

What you'll do

In this role your will:

• Manage critical initiatives, projects, and pre-studies by facilitating alignment and collaboration between teams and domains

• Set the Scope of Work and Assignment definitions

• Plan, budget, and brief team members (RACI)

• Enable stakeholder collaboration and workshops and then summarize stakeholder expectations

• Monitor initiative status, identify and escalate issues, continuously document progress and keep stakeholders informed.

• Actively participate in continuous improvement of ways of working

We are seeking a skilled and trusted professional with excellent leadership, communication, planning, and organizational skills. In this role, you will need to handle complexity, build strong relationships, and deliver actionable solutions while pushing for outside-the-box ideas and empowering others to learn and grow.

To be a great fit for this position we believe you have:

• Professional experience in successfully managing complex initiatives in a digital context, within the automotive (or similar) industry

• Project planning skills in relation to an Agile setting and methodologies

• Experience in stakeholder collaboration and expectations management

• Deep understanding of steering mechanisms in large international corporations

• Familiarity with product-oriented digital organizations

• University degree in a relevant field
