About the role
In the role as a Digital Production Manager, you'll be an important part of a specialized team where you'll have a key role to drive the production for our digital system for education and communication, as well as for other projects within the creative and digital field.
You'll be self-driven, take full responsibility from brief to execution and you're responsible for driving the daily business production forward, which means not only managing projects, but also ensuring they're successful for NRG as well as for the client.
Your daily job includes being structured and keeping deadlines, having direct contact with partners, suppliers and sometimes clients, as well as contributing with creative ideas and improvements internally.
Work tasks
• Manage projects from brief to execution in different digital systems.
• Understand the clients' challenges and find solutions to clients' requests.
• Keep deadlines, and focus on delivering profitable projects for all stakeholders.
• Be able to communicate clearly with creators, to ensure that the assets produced are what the client has asked for.
• Ensure that communication and marketing guidelines are met and followed.
• Maintain and develop our clients digital platforms (training, communication etc.)
Relevant experience/qualifications
• Minimum 2 years' experience at a retail, marketing or an advertising/event agency
• Experience in working with different system platforms
• Experience in working with and maintaining digital tools
• Experience in working with local and/or international clients
• Academic background in marketing, UX design and/or UX writing (not mandatory but highly preferable)
Skills, systems and tools
• Fluent writing and speaking skills in English and Swedish
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook etc.)
• Adobe Creative Suite (not mandatory but highly desirable)

We see you as a solution-oriented person who is comfortable working towards strict deadlines and can adapt quickly to change, and who maneuvers the English and Swedish languages fluently.
