We are looking for Digital Product Managers to join our growing product organization in Stockholm or Berlin. Within Business Tech, we aim to continuously surprise and delight our customers. The Digital Product Managers are reporting to Product Area Manager in Product Exploration, part of Customer Domain in Business Tech.
About the Product Area - Product Exploration
Our mission is to guide and inspire customers to explore the products they love - feeling good and confident with their purchase. We create an inspiring and convenient customer journey from the first interaction with brand.com to the customer reaches the check-out.

Our growing Product Area contains approximately 15 cross-competence product teams (approximately 140 people) with product teams such as; product landing & listings, navigation, search, content discovery, product visualization, product story, store digital layer, product availability and shopping bag & favorites).

Our teams develop, build, and operate their products with a passion for solving customer pain points and maximizing customer and business value. We have a focus on conversion-rate-optimization and a high innovation ambition.

Job Description
A Digital Product Manager at H&M group is a visionary leader who guides new product ideas from an initial concept to product launch and assures full benefit realization. Along the way, we collaborate with world class engineers and designers to maximize each product's impact on the world. As a Product Manager, you are expected to show strong customer empathy and have a deep business understanding as well as strong appreciation for technology. You will be leading a cross competent Global product team that works to improve the H&M groups digital experiences across different brands and different platforms.
Job Responsibility including but not limited to:
Set an ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to key stakeholders and the product team
Apply Design Thinking methodology, in order to solve user and customer problems
Understand and contribute to the end-to-end team output strategy from inception to production
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure digital vision and products align within product strategy and requirements
Responsible for product specific KPIs once solution enters production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders
Find opportunities for process optimization and automation to enable teams and accelerate tasks to increase customer service
Own and maintain the backlog while prioritizing the day-to-day work of the product team based on the given targets and KPIs
Align with other Product Managers to ensure interfaces to other Products and common KPIs are maintained
Understand the financial impact of Team and Product related decisions
Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their product
Work closely with Product Design to Integrate usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer driven design

Qualifications
To succeed in the role, we believe you have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and experience from leading digital development of B2C ecommerce in close collaboration with stakeholders. Experiences from retail and FMCG industry is highly valued.
Moreover you have,
5+ years experience as Product Manager/Owner managing B2C products in E-commerce sector.
Experience leading a cross-functional team of UX designers, Front End/Backend Developers, product designers and data analysts.
Experience executing innovative solutions which deliver business impact and great user experience.
Experience in product lifecycle management on Customer focused products.
Functional knowledge of Lean-Agile Development, Product Vision Creation and Product Roadmap Development.
Strong familiarity with Rapid Prototyping, Value Preposition Definition and OKR methodologies
Ability to build end-to-end product strategy, including definition of scope, roadmap, and KPIs and understand product development from ideation to release
Ability to own and articulate end-to-end product requirements across product teams
