The past year has been spent on building a global competence centre for Supply Chain Design & Planning using big data models and Advanced Analytics, where we have seen great benefits for this exciting next step; now we are further expanding our Data Science team.
Job Description
A Digital Product Leader contributes to IKEA's growth by ensuring that the Data Science Team in Supply Chain Design & Planning have the product backlog in place, which enables prediction, optimization, and simulation of IKEA's Supply Chain Network.
As a Data Product Leader, you will be the link between the Data Science team and our business and technical stakeholders. You will work to define and prioritize stories in the Team Backlog and support the Data Science Manager to define the product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities.
At Supply Chain Design & Planning we offer a fast-paced environment, combining both short- and long-term projects within Supply Chain where you can drive an idea to implementation. We work as a global team across our 3 offices (Pratteln, Älmhult and Shanghai), and you will have the opportunity to work with some of the best people within Supply Chain Design & Planning.
Top 3 tasks:
o Build, edit, and maintain the Data Science team's backlog
o Contribute to the definition of the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities
o Communicate and align with our internal and external stakeholders
About you
To be successful in this role you have experience in working with product and solution management and an excellent proven track record, along with:
o Customer-centric approach for product prioritization and experience from working with Agile methodologies, such as SCRUM
o Solid JIRA/Confluence skills
o Experience in Advanced Analytics
o Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience as a digital Product Owner or Business Analyst
