What You Will Do
Are you looking for a meaningful career that allows you to utilize and develop your skills in Workday? Our Business Technology team is seeking a Workday Administrator who will be a subject matter expert, configuring the system to meet ever-changing business requirements. This includes ensuring its smooth operation and providing support to our employees and HR team. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of Workday functionalities.
As Digital Product Administrator for Workday, you will:
• Work with customization and configuration in Workday
• 2nd line contact for Workday queries and requests in our ticketing system
• Conduct troubleshooting
• Maintain documentation
• Ensure global data accuracy & compliance
• Support future roll outs of additional modules
• Conduct testing
• Train HR/Manager on processes and functionality of Workday as needed

It's a remote role with travel to Malmö and you will have a central role in the product team and work close to Digital Product Director and our HR teams.

You've read about the role and now your imagination is flying at full speed. Here are the qualities we're looking for... do you recognize them in yourself?
• You have 1+ years of experience from configuration Workday
• You have experience from working with agile tools and methods
• You are fluent in English, spoken and written
It Is a Plus If You Have:
• Experience in one or more areas in Workday absence, integration, compensation and time tracking
• Experience working with 2nd line support
• Testing experience
• A post-secondary education within IT/Information Technology or similar
