WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Digital Product Administrator you will:
• Work with customization and configuration requests
• Conduct troubleshooting
• Maintain documentation
• Ensure global data accuracy & compliance
• Maintain and create templates and reports in HR applications
• Support future roll outs of additional modules
• Conduct testing

You will be based in Malmö and report to our VP Digital development. In this role you will work close to Digital Product Owner/Delivery Team Lead - People and Transformation and our HR teams. You will also have a close collaboration with external vendors, IT support and other stakeholders.
NOW THAT YOU ARE CURIOUS ABOUT THE ROLE; DO YOU THINK IT'S A MATCH?
You've read about the role and now your imagination is flying at full speed. Here are the qualities we're looking for... do you recognize them in yourself?
• You have 3+ years experience from working with the HR domain and HRIS, it is a big plus if you have been working with Workday
• You have experience from working with agile tools and methods
• You have experience from working with system configuration
• You are fluent in English and Swedish, spoken and written
It is a plus if you have:
• Experience from working with 2nd line support
• Testing experience
• An post-secondary education within IT/Information Technology or similar.
