Aurobay is looking for a Digital Procurement Engineer. In the Corporate Products team, you will be working with a group of skilled professionals with an agile mindset and with the common goal to create the future Corporate digital ecosystem for the Powertrain business. Furthermore, you will build and maintain a network internally and externally for learnings and deliverables. This will require you to cross functionally lead, define, and deliver in the establishment of a world class company with other Digital leaders in an agile fashion working our way through a separation from mother companies and into a new self-sustained reality. Lastly you will actively contribute and role model a culture of transparency, fun, passion, ownership, and willingness for success.

What will you do?
You will be aligning and driving the creation of a modern and efficient environment to manage the entire Procurement area from Source to Pay based on Best Practice solutions. You will be a part of transforming our company vision, strategy, goals and ideas into tangible technical solutions. Protect the long-term technical integrity of the area in close collaboration with Product management.
• Work closely with the team's stakeholders to prioritize work.
• Contribute to improving product architectural patterns, and best practices.
• Work with 3rd party teams to develop integration strategies etc.
• Ensure rapid iterations and experiments.
• Leverage agile methodology in your ways of working.
• Coordinate technical dependencies with other key areas.
• Internal and external networks and communication.
The team is mainly located in Gothenburg (HQ) and Skövde (Plant), Sweden, and we also connected to teams in China. You will report to Head of Corporate Products.
Do you fit the profile?
We believe you have BSc, or equivalent experience in a relevant field (significant on the job training can be seen as equivalent), with several years of experience from various roles within the Procurement domain.
To be successful in this role, you have high knowledge in Procurement best practices as well as business processes within automotive and knowledge of SAP Procurement solutions.
As a person we think you are a team builder and team player oriented yet self-driven and able to deliver together with the product cluster. A visionary and motivational, yet persistence, with ability to inspire and influence a large mass and a great set of ideals in the product area. You also have customer oriented in every aspect, with an agile mindset and can work proactively with little supervision. You know what needs to be done and hold a high level of integrity and passionate about driving innovative solutions
