Position Description
As a Digital Portfolio Analyst within Process & Solutions/Digital Lab at Volvo Trucks, your role is responsible to provide reporting and analyzes of the IT portfolio. You will be responsible to provide reports and analyses of the overall performance of the Volvo Trucks IT portfolio, manage the Volvo Trucks IT KPI Dashboard and provide standardized and ad/hoc IT portfolio analyses. The role is to turn the information of the IT Portfolio into insight as input to IT decisions making to maximize the value of Volvo Trucks IT investments
The Digital Portfolio Analyst has excellent analytic skills and excellent skills in visualize and make conclusions that are simple and easy to understand. With great energy, motivation and enthusiasm you have the ability to support and work with analyses of the IT Portfolio. You have a strong interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills with the ability to work independently, as well as, collaboratively within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage Volvo Trucks IT portfolio analyses and reporting
• Manage Volvo Trucks IT KPI dashboards
• Provide meaningful metrics and visualizations that are simple and easy to understand
• Manage the continuous improvement of standardized, ad-hoc reporting and KPI dashboard
• Demand role on information from data management systems e.g. planview for IT portfolio analysts
• Key User of the Volvo Truck IT portfolio reporting and VT P&S KPI dashboard
