MultiMind is now looking for a highly experienced professional with management experience and proven skills within digital platform, setup, operation and development. To our client that is moving to introduce a dramatic lift in the digital services offered to its consumers. In order to reach that objective new systems are being introduced, and resources allocated. To deliver this goal, MultiMind is looking for you!

Main tasks & responsibilities

• A Digital generalist working within Nordic Digital Team. Supporting other marketing functions with expertise on best in class deliver via digital marketing channels, supported by a deep knowledge of supporting technology platforms that are used with in Digital Marketing. Digital Marketing channels includes CRM, Social Media, Nordic Websites, ecommerce and Digital Media buying.  Key technology platforms include Adobe Marketing Suite, Dashboard visualization tools, attribution tools, review syndication tools, Link tracking and management tools, consumer sentiment tools, store location platforms, RTB and other media buying platforms, CMS systems, email systems, SMS push platforms.

• Responsible for contact with and presentations to senior management regarding impact that technology platform investments have on the different business areas i.e. Brand, PR, Category Marketing, Retail Marketing.

• Working with existing and new vendors to maintain and develop core technology platforms.

• Responsibility for identifying new technology platforms to support the business. Driving the RFP processes when new technologies are identified, running annual appraisals of existing services to appraise value and optimize operation.

• Responsibility for identifying new digital Marketing channels or evolutions of existing platforms that can be leveraged by the business i.e. Vine, Snap Chat, Pinterest, Facebook custom audiences etc.

• Close cooperation with related business areas. Proactively educating and facilitating those functions to improve performance by leveraging existing and new digital  tools and services.

• Working closely with agency resources so that campaigns and other activities that have a digital component are able to leverage and capitalize on the technology platforms invested in.

Qualifications

Experience:

In order to be successful in the assignment, the applicant must have:

• Broad experience within digital marketing.

• Hands-on expertise working with a variety Digital Marketing tools within Social Media, CRM and Ecommerce.

• Proven an ability to setup and maintain these systems in a way that has empowered the business towards success.

• Minimum of 5+ years' recent experience working within Digital marketing in roles that have required operation knowledge of best in class digital marketing tools, platforms and channels.

 Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Experience should include a broad knowledge of Digital Marketing systems in general; and their configuration.

• An analytical approach with proven experience in exporting, interpreting and presenting data from digital based tools for presentation to key stakeholders and senior management.

• Experience with Social Media channels including i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, vine, G+, Linkedin and social messaging platforms (Whatsapp, Snapchat, KIK, Viber).

• Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience delivering campaigns via owned and earned and paid channels.

• Knowledge of best in class digital marketing tools and platforms i.e. Marketing Suite, Dashboard visualization tools, attribution tools, review syndication tools, Link tracking and management tools, consumer sentiment tools, store location platforms, RTB and other media buying platforms, CMS systems, email systems, push notification platforms.

• Familiarity with mobile, social, display and search marketing.

• A strong analytics track record is a must.

Education:

• Minimum Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Research, Economics or other related discipline, with a passion for digital in general, and digital marketing in particular.
