Digital Operations EU Lead
Lynk & Co is seeking a Digital Operations EU Lead to establish and manage IT/digital operations of Lynk & Co in all of Europe. This includes securing the IT infrastructure operations, service desk operations in HQ, and in-markets in collaboration with our Head of Digital Workplace and our Product Owners.

As Digital Operations Lead you will be responsible together with a global Geely Group IT team to secure global systems & IT infrastructure 1st line operations to support Lynk & Co business operations.

You are a team player who thrive in a fast-paced, continuously changing, collaborative environment.

The position is based in Gothenburg Sweden at Lynk & Co HQ. The position includes EU-wide responsibility and can require travel.

What you'll do

• Manage the establishment and operations of Lynk & Co IT operations setup for the whole EU
• Manage the establishment and secure operations of Store IT infrastructure with IT supplier
• Manage the IT operations for EU offices in collaboration with Head of Digital Workplace as European Lead for NSCs
• Responsible for managing and further developing Lynk & Co 1st Line operations
• Manage and lead operations of Lynk & Co's IT Help desk through a supplier
• Work tightly together with Geely Group IT and CEVT IT ITSM teams to secure alignment

What you should have

• Experience on IT Operations on European scale
• Driven problem solver who takes initiative and responds to changing priorities
• Tech-savvy with good understanding of modern digital technologies and platforms
• Good understanding of Office 365 solutions
• Good understanding of ITSM tools and processes
• Good understanding of Office & Store IT infrastructure projects
• Fluency in English - both oral and written
• Experience working in multicultural environment and especially with China is beneficial
• Ability to travel in Europe
