Logivity is a digital network powered by blockchain technology that ensures data integrity, secures a single source of truth, and facilitates value exchange within the system. By connecting various stakeholders in the transport industry, such as shippers, carriers, and service providers. Logivity offers a range of services while also providing the opportunity to create and offer your own services on the network. Today we are a team of 20+ people and we have plans to grow within the coming years.
Who you are
As a Digital Operations Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our daily customer interface by enhancing our operational capabilities and ensuring seamless operations. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing innovative solutions, as well as piloting new services to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will support the smooth implementation and onboarding of new members.
We are currently seeking two talented individuals for these positions. The first role entails taking ownership of the development, automation, and maintenance of our customer-centric and efficient helpdesk function. This involves creating user-friendly instructions for utilizing our application, as well as providing technical knowledge articles to bridge the gap between user understanding and technical expertise.
The second role will be responsible for fostering effective communication and collaboration between our technical team and external partners. You will spearhead the development and support of integration processes and ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new members. This role requires a deeper technical expertise in APIs and a comprehensive understanding of interconnected functionalities.
