hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Acne Studios AB i Stockholm Acne Studios is recruiting a Digital Operations Coordinator with the task of ensuring smooth e-commerce operations across DTC touchpoints, including order -and returns management, omni-channel distribution, payments and more. The role is heavily focused on support and collaboration, and you will get the opportunity to be involved in many parts of the core e-commerce business.
The role
This is a role that entails daily operations including online order -and returns management, omni services, payments and logistics. You will report to the Digital Operations Manager and belong to the Commercial Operations department. You will work and collaborate within a global team operating out of Stockholm, New York, Shanghai and Tokyo being heavily involved in creating a best-in-class customer experience in our e-commerce channel. This is a full-time position based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Other main responsibilities will be:
• Daily and ongoing communications internally and externally with distribution centers and fulfillment partners.
• Operational and financial support across departments
• Follow up, track and report on SLAs for order fulfillment, delivery times and returns for key markets
• Monitor and report bugs into designated system in a timely and structured manner
• Support and coordinate internal projects within the Commercial department
• Support with packaging, including stock management, forecasting and replenishments for micro fulfillment centers
• Support the global digital operations team when needed
• Assist with implementing new services/development including testing throughout e-commerce systems
• Work actively to ensure that the operations department delivers and fulfills objectives and directions from HQ and the commercial departments
You
To be successful in this role we believe you have minimum 1 year of relevant work experience within luxury, fashion or service industries. You are passionate about the digital side of the fashion industry. We need you to be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel/Powerpoint/Word) and have knowledge of e-commerce platforms, order management systems and backend systems (WMS/ERP/PIM/PSP). You are committed, independent yet a team-player and have a great attention to details. You have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
