Step into the role of Digital & AI Manufacturing Transformation Lead and shape the future of our factories by driving the adoption of cutting-edge digital and AI solutions. You will blend strategic vision with hands-on execution, collaborating with engineering, operations, and digital transformation teams to implement technologies like IIoT, Generative AI, Causal AI, digital twins, and robotics. Each day, you'll coordinate multi-year transformation programs, ensure seamless integration of MES, PLM, and ERP systems, and champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Your leadership will be key to building smarter, more resilient, and agile manufacturing operations.
How You'll Make an Impact
* Lead the end-to-end execution of digital and AI transformation programs, including IIoT infrastructure, MES integration, AI/ML systems, digital twins, and smart factory connectivity.
* Develop and execute digital and AI strategies that align with factory objectives and drive business outcomes such as increased capacity, uptime, and efficiency.
* Deploy Generative AI for design optimization, predictive maintenance, and process automation, and implement Causal AI models to optimize production flows.
* Integrate robotics and automation solutions to enhance safety, quality, and throughput, while ensuring cross-functional alignment with IT, digitalization, and external partners.
* Promote AI literacy and upskilling across the workforce, facilitate workshops, monitor industry trends, and report on program progress and business impact to senior leadership.
What You Bring
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Management, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, digital transformation, or industrial engineering.
* Proven success leading technology implementations and transformation programs in global manufacturing environments.
* Deep expertise in Industry 4.0, IIoT, MES, PLM, ERP (SAP a plus), and digital twin concepts.
* Proficiency in English and Swedish.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
