This position is temporary position for a minimum of seven months, a perfect Short Term Assignment for you who want to see how Volvo Financial Services drives the communication agenda. Working hours: minimum 50% up to 100% per week. Location for this position will be Gothenburg, Sweden.
The position reports to the Vice President Brand Relations Volvo Trucks & Volvo CE EMEA.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
VFS EMEA is looking for a Web and news editor for coordinating news and executing publication of news and images across all VFS EMEA channels: Violin, Yammer, Newsletter, be connected Team place, LinkedIn.
The role will:
• Support in content production: Proofreading and some newswriting
• Support in internal meetings and events preparations and execution. Event planning, ppt preparations, meeting material and add-ons production and similar
• Support in communication follow-up and executing communication target fulfilment surveys
• Instrumental in the IDW rollout and Violin migration for region EMEA

• Knowledge in web editing, Volvo Group News platform, newsletter tools and digital media platforms such as Yammer, LinkedIn and similar
• Experience from news desk management; coordination and proofreading
• Experience from image editing/Photoshop or similar
• Experience from Share point and presentation tools such an One note and PowerPoint
• Fluent English: speaking and writing
• Business knowledge from Volvo Group and VFS is a plus
