We in the Sales Channel Development team manage the digital Sales process of Volvo Genuine Parts.
We are currently on a transformation journey and have initiated major changes in the areas of digital customer experience, e-commerce, sales channel development and partnerships.
We are now looking for a new passionate colleague to join us on our journey.

We work closely with many parts of the Volvo Group, interacting with customers in more than 180 countries. We operate from our location in Eskilstuna Sweden, but through an extended network of Colleagues in North America, Singapore, China, India and Brazil.

Who are we looking for?

If your entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability, accountability, innovative and customer-focused mindset light your inner fire, you might be the next player in our great team?
You might have experience in digital sales channels and eager to further develop our business with focus on e-commerce. You take pride in finding new solutions and ways to engage our customer base and get energy from working in an agile environment.

You have insight of the global business environment and may even have first-hand experience of the construction industry.
You believe in online sales as an important channel in creating customer value through attention, building our brand and retention. It is an advantage if you have experience from online retail, Salesforce applications or marketing.

There will be some key responsibilities
Promote and oversee the roll-out out of the Parts Marketplace to our distribution network around the world
Manage our digital marketplace platform and other digital sales tools
Marketplace analytics of traffic, customer behaviors and business opportunities
Do studies on the E-market trends, in our industry and outside
Together with sales regions coordinate campaigns and marketing collaterals
Enable social media campaigns to drive traffic towards our digital marketplace
Training to our distribution network

We believe you have a profile that includes the below characteristics
Dedication to customer success with ability to build deep understanding of customer needs and bring it down to real roadmaps and actions
Market adherence and capability to take the customers' needs and translate into market requirements towards new product development for our future services and offerings
Teamwork and collaborative spirit, to be able to communicate your vision and lead by influence both towards senior staff of our dealers as well as across regions
Ability to inspire trust, and to work and lead cross functionally to get the job done
Agility to work with speed and to bring changes according to business need
