Role DescriptionResult-driven with a strong grasp of the current marketing tools, practices and strategies, with an ability to independently develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels, from concept to execution.Broad duties · Devising strategies and digital vision to drive online traffic to the website(s), identify advertising needs aligned with growth goals.· Tracking & reporting conversion rates and proposing the functional optimization, A/B testing and improvements to the website(s).· Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.· Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO/SEM and PPC.· Overseeing the social media strategy for the Organization.· Managing brand awareness online, as well as the campaigns to increase brand awareness.· Improving the UX and UI, as well as the content strategy.· Assume full responsibility for budgetary control of all digital marketing assets.· Evaluating customer research, market conditions, and competitor data shadowing.· Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate and create insights of end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, shaping the future consumer behavior.· Reporting with clear KPIs, ROI and other relevant parameters, establishing the best practices and internal digital marketing ecosystem.· Partnering with different Department Manages, to develop robust strategies in support of the Organization needs, across the fields, creating new opportunities and incremental profitability. Areas of Responsibility · Website, ecommerce & digital channels (i.e. Portals, placements, partner websites)· Google Ads· Bing Ads· Facebook and related products (Instagram, etc.) · LinkedIn and related products · Google and related products (Google Analytics, Google TAG Manager, etc.)· Other related tools for web analytics (such as NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, etc.)· Affiliate Marketing· Marketing automation tools· PPC programs · SEO/SEM analytics· Social Media & Marketing· E-mail MarketingRequirements/Qualifications· Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or Digital Marketing Manager and/or equivalent BSs degree in Digital Marketing/Advertising. · Demonstrable experience in implementing the Google Ads campaign, as well as running integrations with other Google products, as well as optimization tactics for SEO/SEM.· Common familiarity with web design and HTML/CSS/JavaScript, as well as the structural understanding of common website practice/development.· Strong analytical skills and data-driven methodology, growth orientated thinking.· Strong project management, organization and prioritization skills, with an ability to manage complex projects, including direct negotiation and budget deployment. · Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments. · Experience with managing programmatic campaigns as well as retargeting set up.· Working understanding of how campaigns and touch points work together to create relationships and move consumers along the purchase path, with an ability to formulate funnels and performance benchmarking. · Intellectual know-how and curiosity, with self- initiative to identify problems and solve them.· Ability to work well in a comfortable but fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.· Good command of Adobe Creative Cloud software, design principles, as well as a working practice of tools like Google Web Designer would be considered as strong asset.
