hela Sverige MaintMaster are now expanding their team with a digital marketing specialist! Who are we looking for? We would love to see an application from you who have awesome knowledge within SEO and you who know how to create quality leads through digital channels.
About the position
The marketing team at MaintMaster consists of three people with excellent skills in different marketing areas. You will be working closely with the rest of the team and coordinate and maximize campaign effectiveness. The team is partly based out side of Sweden and many of the campaigns will go international which means that you need to have excellent skills in the english language to communicate and to market the business. Tasks
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work with the companys digital channels to generate traffic to the website and thourgh developing strategics and optimized campaigns create quality leads for the sales team. We expect you to measure, analyze and develop the campaigns effectiveness and continuously strive to improve and increase the impact of digital campaigns pursuant to the business goals. We imagine that you have previous experience with data-driven marketing and has used tools such as HubSpot or Google Ads. You can run A / B testing on your own and navigate in the various marketing tools.
For example, you will:
* Lead organic campaigns and ensure that they follow the overall campaign strategy
* Be responsible for attracting the right target group and being on the right platforms
* Be responsible for attracting new customers and building the company 's brand on the market
* Follow up the results for the digital investments
Not because anyone never have said this before, but here you are offered a large room for maneuver and short decision paths. Everything to make you feel that you have the influence to develop chances of becoming the strongest in their field on the market!
So who do we think you are?
As a start to your career, we believe that you have some form of education in marketing. Further on you have relevant work experience within the marketing field. You should be self-reliant, responsible and like analytical work tasks.
When should I start?
We would love for you to come and work with us as soon as possible! However, we understand if you have a notice period of a few months.
Where should I sit?
We would like you to live around Linköping or Stockholm where MaintMasters offices are located. For the right person however, it is also possible to work completely remote if you have a pleasant workplace at home.
