hela Sverige White Label Agency (WLA) provides white-label WordPress development services to digital agencies, mainly located in the US. Our team has produced 5,000+ WordPress builds to date and has grown from a team of 1 developer in 2013 to our current size of 150+ WordPress Professionals.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives aimed at generating high-quality leads from the US market.
Rather than us prescribing specific tactics (such as particular advertising platforms or campaigns), we are looking for someone who brings proven experience in lead generation, along with the ability to demonstrate what has worked well in the past on the US market. We value professionals who can share their experience, suggest ideas, and help us identify the most effective strategies for reaching potential clients.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of digital lead generation initiatives, contribute ideas, and work closely with our internal teams to achieve the business goals.
Business language: English (no Swedish required)
Position type: On-site, full-time (Monday-Friday) 09:00-18:00 (with Flextid)

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives aimed at generating high-quality B2B leads, targeting the US market. Constantly optimize marketing campaigns designed to improve lead acquisition, lead quality, and conversion performance.
Monitor campaign performance and analyze marketing data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and better ROI.
Work closely with internal teams (design, development, and marketing) to ensure effective implementation of campaign assets, landing pages, and tracking mechanisms.
Collaborate with internal teams/team members to develop messaging and campaign content aligned with WLA's brand voice and business goals.
Find and partner with external vendors to produce marketing assets that support digital campaigns across relevant channels.
Stay up to date and proactive about testing new approaches, tools, and strategies that could help improve our lead generation efforts.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation targeting the US market. Demonstrated experience in generating high-quality B2B leads through digital marketing initiatives.
Strong analytical skills and experience using marketing analytics, tracking, and reporting tools.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Excellent self-management and organizational skills.
Experience working with digital agencies, B2B services, consultancy, or SaaS environments is a strong plus.
