The Position
As the Digital Marketing Specialist of EMG's International Team, you will work with all of the Digital Marketing services and Email Marketing services for 4 of our biggest markets: educations.com, findcourses.co.uk, findcourses.com, and searchmba.com.
You will work closely with our Communications and Marketing team, as well as the Sales team to create, develop, and maintain effective marketing strategies. You will be responsible for designing and creating all online and offline marketing materials including in-depth reports, white paper downloads, event materials, and more. In this role, you will also work with all of our Email Marketing services including running campaigns for our clients, managing and growing the email database, and creating engaging, high-performing newsletters for our members.
Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing direct and digital marketing strategies
• Overseeing and executing all of our direct marketing campaigns for clients
• Creating newsletters for members, clients and promotional email campaigns
• Analyzing campaign performance and continually implementing improvements
• Communicating with clients on their campaigns
• Designing and creating all marketing materials both online and in print
• Tracking and reporting on progress and success
Who are we looking for?
• 2+ years experience in Digital and Email Marketing
• Highly experienced in Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency in marketing automation technology
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics desirable
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• An acute eye for detail
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Working knowledge of Hubspot desirable
• Flawless English
• Experience in the UK, US and international markets highly desirable
• E-commerce experience desirable
To be successful in this position you are self-motivated, service oriented, and enjoy working towards set goals, both quantitative and qualitative. You are structured, organized and have excellent communication skills. You like and enjoy the challenge of working in a changing environment.
