Your Mission
As a Digital Marketing Specialist you will be part of the Paradox Arc publishing team and work with building awareness, generate wishlists & drive engagement for our games through paid media. You will do this while contributing with a creative mindset and expertise in advertising and marketing strategy. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic publishing team with experienced colleagues!
You are responsible for the overall paid media strategy and execution for the entire Arc portfolio. This includes:
Generating break-out Steam Wishlist numbers for unreleased games.
Creating and implementing online advertising campaigns for Paradox Arc's games on multiple ad platforms.
Analyzing and optimizing campaigns in order to maximize commercial performance.
Working with the rest of the Arc publishing team and/or agencies to create engaging and compelling advertising creatives.
Providing valuable input on marketing strategies together with the publishing team.
The Paradox Arc publishing team is part of the New Games Team department, and you will work closely with Executive Producers and Community to bring an ever-growing portfolio of deep strategy- and management games to market.
The skills we're searching for...
Experience within relevant ad platforms such as Meta, Reddit, Google Ads or equivalent.
General experience managing advertising budgets and digital marketing campaigns, preferably within the Games industry.
A good understanding of ad creative and copy.
Data-driven with analytical skills and experience with UTM tagging
Experience with working in a cross-functional setting.
Interest in the Games industry.
Understanding of Steam as a platform is a big plus.
On a personal level, you are T-shaped in the sense that while you have specific expertise (Paid Media/Online Advertising), your interest in the gaming space goes beyond that, and you do not mind contributing to other parts of the publishing process. No task is too small and you describe yourself as a person who likes to roll up your sleeves and dig in.

Practical information
Scope: Full-time position ideally starting in December/January 2023/24.
Reports to: Head of Paradox Arc
Location: Stockholm, Sweden
