Are you passionate about Digital and Growth Marketing? Our highly skilled Marketing colleague will soon be on parental leave, and we are looking for a temporary replacement, a Digital Marketing Specialist.

We are looking for a progressive, driven Digital Marketing Specialist with good knowledge and passion for digital and growth marketing, with the possibility of utilizing digital marketing tools and data, insights, and analytics.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play an essential role in driving our marketing digitalization, work with project management for marketing activities for selected areas, and support with tools for tactical sales activations.
You are a person who enjoys working with others, is structured, result & sales oriented, a good communicator, self-going, and likes to develop and learn new things. If you are passionate about lead generation and digital marketing, we are eager to meet you!
We will provide a more detailed description of the position once we have the opportunity to meet, but below, you can find a glimpse of what we want you to do:
• Execute the marketing plan with a strong focus on goals, KPIs, and target markets.
• Plan, implement and optimize marketing activities according to our marketing strategy.
• Execute the digital marketing strategy focusing on SoMe, SEO, and the web.
• Responsible for social media planning
• Be responsible for SEO / SEM / re-targeting together with existing partners.
• Plan and produce relevant content for external communication focusing on the customer journey, including SEO optimization.
• Plan and prepare company fairs together with selected colleagues.
• Manage digital projects to clearly defined success metrics.
• Manage multiple marketing platforms and related technologies.
Qualifications
• A minimum of 3 years of marketing and digital marketing experience.
• Extensive experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and HubSpot (or similar).
• Experience in creating and managing the interface in WordPress.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills in English.
