Do you have a good business understanding and a commercial mindset, along with technical insight and good knowledge of digital marketing tools? We're now looking for a Digital Marketing specialist to implement and deliver our digital marketing strategy, generate excellent customer experiences and increase sales efficiency in the Sales Area of Northern Europe.
Your mission
You're a part of a diverse and dynamic team, where creativity is being promoted and transformation is being embraced. Together, you identify opportunities for activities and campaigns based on marketing and business objectives, and you drive constant improvements and development of our digital marketing processes. As our Digital Marketing specialist, you ensure an excellent online customer experience through execution of digital campaigns, brand and content strategies across the Sales Area. You monitor KPIs, analyze data, define solutions to gaps and coordinate work to ensure timely delivery of content, tasks and projects. You're also the go-to person in all digital marketing related topics in the Sales Area, as you provide valuable know-how to our marketing operations.
To be more specific, your daily tasks include:
• Email marketing (drip, event and engagement programs)
• SEM and Social Media Marketing
• Web engagement - SEO
• Securing alignment in all our digital touch points
• UTM tracking and follow-up
• Data analytics (site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting)
• Web publishing
All in all, you enhance our digital change journey and make sure that we grow both web sales and wallet shares, by always staying on top of our customers minds and being the number one choice when doing business. The location for this role is flexible, as the team is spread out over Sandviken (SE), Kista (SE), Halesowen (UK) and Moscow (RU).
Your skills and qualifications
Let's start with the hard skills. You've got a bachelor's degree in marketing or have acquired similar knowledge in previous jobs. In the last couple of years, you've gained a deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production, preferably from a B2B perspective. During your journey, you've gained experience from the whole marketing process - from implementing marketing in digital channels and delivering digital assets (such as online media and social media ads), to managing campaigns, and following up and analyzing results or KPI's. In other words, Marketo, Google Analytics and Google Ads is nothing new to you, and SEO is something you can do in your sleep. As we act on a truly global stage, excellent skills in spoken and written English is a must, while language skills like Swedish and Russian is a plus.
Although knowledge and experience are important, we put great value in your personal qualities. Like the rest of your team, you're open-minded and curious - not afraid to try new ideas and ways of working. You have a strong team spirit, which shines through when connecting with different stakeholders and collaborating with colleagues. You see challenges as opportunities, and you approach potential obstacles with confident creativity - but always with an eye for details and leaving nothing to chance.
