hela Sverige As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be a part of the marketing team interacting with cross-functional teams from sales to gaming software, support, and product to contribute to a world-class eye tracking experience.
In this role, you will drive acquisition/activation through conversions, focusing on gamers and devs. You will help drive marketing efforts and campaigns for funnel metrics that supports Tobii Tech marketing tactics and marketing processes.
Your days will be filled with
Hands-on with running tests for conversion and optimization
Accountable for tactical execution and test results based on lean analytics
Analyze and act on data (quantitative, qualitative and comparative) to refine the unique value proposition of our amazing product experience
Influence the organic, paid and earned content direction
Manage digital campaigns, including working with developers, marketing, and data team
Contributing to deliverables and identifying levers to optimize growth, through continuous improvement and learning through data.
To be successful in this role, and at Tobii, we expect that you have
3-5 years' work experience in a similar role
CRO knowledge (conversion rate optimization) in web, email and campaigns. Software or Apps are meriting.
Used A/B testing, heatmap tools
Deep SEO Knowledge, On-page/Off-page
Comfortable with building pages in CMS (Wordpress, Modern CMS)
Familiar with Google Analytics, with understanding of other analytics tools to drive tests
Able to read basic HTML/CSS
Understanding of gaming communities and what drives game usage
Bonus: SEM/PPC knowledge
If you have knowledge in SEM or PPC that is considered a merit. Experience with Dashboard tools (such as Google Data Studio/Supermetrics) is also a bonus! If you have a bachelor degree in a related area we want you even more!
