hela Sverige As Digital Marketing Project Manager you will contribute to the development of Volvo CE digital maturity.
In close collaboration with Corporate Communication, you will be responsible for the implementation of the Volvo CE corporate social media content and channels strategy, and to measure and communicate its impact on the organization. You will also bring your social media competence and skills to marketing communication projects.
The main focus of the role is social media; however you will also have the chance to drive or to participate in projects focused on other digital marketing areas.
You will be part of the Digital Infrastructure team at Brand & Market Communication, and will work cross-functionally with other parts of Volvo CE and the Volvo Group with the objective to support the development of digital marketing and communication initiatives.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
• In close collaboration with Corporate Communication, define and implement the roadmap to execute on the Volvo CE corporate social media content and channel strategy. Follow-up, measure and communicate progress and performance.
• Be the project manager for assigned projects. Together with the project team define project scope and deliverables, source and select suppliers, drive implementation and work actively to mitigate risks, find solutions and remove roadblocks. Report project progress to identified steering groups, and if necessary escalate.
• Create and analyze performance reports for Volvo CE corporate social media channels. Together with Corporate Communication define and implement improvement plans.
• Participate in Marketing Communication projects to provide insights, best practice and support for social media related activities.
• Collaborate with other members of the Digital Infrastructure team to deliver and measure an aligned, connected and consistent user experience across multiple channels.
• Coordinate collaboration and best practice sharing with Regional stakeholders with the purpose to develop Volvo CE social media presence across the organization.
• Communicate and align with other relevant stakeholders within the Volvo Group regarding best practices for digital marketing tactics and tools related to social media.

Skills and Experience
• Expert on how to implement and improve social media efforts.
• Experience using social media listening and management tools.
• Competence in additional areas related to digital marketing is a plus.
• Project management experience and skills.
• Experience in defining roadmaps and improvement plans.
• Analytic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Collaborative attitude and team player, experience working on a cross-geographical setting is beneficial.
• Business and customer focus mind-set.
• University degree in Marketing and/or Communication.
• Fluent in English. Other languages will be a benefit.
