As a matter of fact, we are just now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a CRM focus to drive our digital marketing efforts! You will be a part of the Digital Marketing team, consisting of web developers, digital marketing specialists and community managers, all collaborating to create outstanding campaigns and consumer journeys.

The role and responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, devising strategies to drive online traffic to the relevant websites driving deliverables and identifying levers to optimize through constant analysis and learning through data.
Your days will be filled with
• Planning, supporting and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty
• Implementing a CRM platform structure and architecture to ensure that it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle
• Working closely with all segments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company

We are looking for someone who has
• Experience in digital marketing with B2B and B2C
• Extensive CRM experience, preferably HubSpot or Salesforce
• Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies
We find it to be a strong merit if you previously have worked in a tech company, preferably within gaming and have experience in agile ways of working.
