About the job
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will coordinate the global digital marketing team and work globally across the company with developing and owning the group digital marketing strategy. This includes website, digital content, digital marketing, SEO, social media and other demand generation tactics. You will supervise and coach a team of two people, which consists of a Web coordinator and an Online specialist. Moreover, your main responsibilities and duties are listed below:
• Own and drive the development of the company's digital marketing platform
• Create an infrastructure for lead generation, inbound marketing, and automation
• Produce and execute campaign through close cooperation with regions
• Follow up on metrics, analytics, and KPI and present to leadership
• Identify and recommend improvements of process, routines and praxis
• Understand customer behavior and conduct A/B testing
• Project manage web design, UX and UI to optimize user experience
About you
As Digital Marketing Manager, you work closely with your team and cross functional throughout the whole company, which is why it is important that you appreciate teamwork and multicultural collaboration. • Professional experience managing the digital consumer journey, either from an international environment or a digital agency
• Proven experience from managing, planning and executing successful multi-channel campaigns, with reference to inbound, lead generation, paid social media, search ads, and email marketing
• Experience in CMS is required, Optimizely (former EPiServer) is a merit
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

The position is located in new nice offices in central Malmö. Appointment and inception is according to agreement.
