We are looking for a hands-on Digital marketer with a passion for Inbound Marketing and SEO & SEA.

Based in Malmö the position will act as the strategic advisor to local Management and business teams and reports to the Managing Director IMCD Nordic , with a dotted line to the Group Director Digital Marketing.

What you 'll do
As Digital Marketing Manager Nordic you will be a valuable addition to the core of our growing Global Digital Marketing team. You will be responsible for developing inbound marketing strategies to attract visitors to our website(s), creating value-added customer experiences and generating Maketing Qualified Leads for Sales.

And more:

• Define and execute local SEO & SEA strategies, conduct keyword research and execute on-page and off-page optimization
• Optimize conversions and lead generation at every touchpoint in the buyer journey through personalization, A/B testing
• Advise and collaborate with local stakeholders on required content creation based on keyword analysis
• Content management and maintenance of our website(s, closely collaborate with Group and local
• stakeholders and page optimization
• Advise and collaborate with local Marketing Automation Managers in setting up and driving integrated multi-channel campaigns, customer journeys, lead nurturing programs and value added content strategies
• Identify trends & insights to continuously optimize multi-channel conversions, spendings and performance through data-driven decisions
• Grow Digital Marketing in the organization through educating stakeholders and advising them on market trends and potential
• Initiate customer-centric ideas for further development of value added functionalities and components on the website
• Closely collaborate with HQ on inbound strategies, website development, data analysis, planning and priorities
• Closley work together with Group Digital Designer on setting up appealing webpages and landing pages
• Measure and report performance of all campaigns and activities, assess ROI and KPIs
• Act as the key point of contact for all local Digital Marketing and website related questions

Who you are
We believe that you are a hands-on person with an ownership attitude. You have an analytical and strategic mind and are a curious problem-solver with good communication skills.

Wishlist:

• Degree in (Digital) Marketing, Customer Experience, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years in a similar role within a fast-paced organisation
• Experience in working with Content Management Systems (Sitecore is a plus)
• In possession of the Pardot Certified Specialist credential or willing to take a training and become certified on short term
• Strong track record and demonstrated experience in lead generation and achieving business growth through
• Inbound Marketing and hands-on SEO, SEA and targeted advertising campaigns in a B2B environment
• Excellent understanding of Digital Marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search console,
• Hotjar etc.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to drive initiatives and conversion optimization through data insight
• Understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the Nordic market
