We also believe in a new era of marketing where the customer truly is set in the middle of everything we do through personalization and where the effectiveness of media spend is reaching new levels through data-driven cross-channel activation & incremental lift measurement. ?We are therefore looking for our new future-proofed Digital Marketing Manager in SAS with a compelling International scope for a next generation Marketer, with high ambitions, appetite for building omnichannel brand experiences and urge to set a firm footprint on the future of a customer centric SAS. ?You should have deep understanding of brand building, an international outlook and a strong performance mindset. We are looking for an International digital marketing expert with a solid digital marketing background and a track record of agency management. In addition to hands-on capabilities to drive and activate often complex integrated campaigns across the globe. ?You will be a part of SAS' global media team and develop global processes and best practices with main objective to maximize ROI from SAS International Marketing. You will also collaborate closely with cross functional teams and local marketing leaders within SAS. ?The main areas of responsibility ?Develop SAS International paid media & Digital strategy to support short-term and long-term marketing goals Manage SAS International Media budget and agency business development Lead Tourist Board & Airport Marketing activation & support prioritization with Marketing Owner globally Secure cross-channel activation of International complex global integrated campaigns Secure that audience, content, distribution and measurement is fully integrated Drive personalization and 1:1 communication strategy in bought media based on customer and business data Optimize SAS International media spend by use of marketing mix modelling & multi touch attribution. Drive incremental return of media investments through rigorous A/B testing and building scalable, repeatable best practices for optimization Develop optimal distribution plans leveraging the synergies between paid, owned and earned media Be a part of Centre of Excellence Media and secure SAS International Media buying ?Qualifications and Experiences ?Bachelor or master's degree, preferably in marketing or related fields 2+ years' experience on client or agency side of media buying and digital marketing Client or agency side experience of media buying across traditional and digital media channels Thorough understanding of marketing technologies including Ad-servers, DSPs, DMPs, with a sound understanding of the overall online advertising ecosystemSolid digital marketing background including strategy and media, preferably in programmatic activation Proven understanding of Audience Management, Programmatic, Search, Social Media, Dynamic Creative Optimization and Measurement International experience or demonstrative sensibilities that will enable effective cross-country relationships and activity Experience of working in a matrixed context; sufficient strength to deal competently and professionally with strong local stakeholders Strong project management skills acquired through experience in leading international projects, with cross-functional teams and complex organizations Professional experience from China is meriting Excellent communication skills - verbal and written. Fluent English-speaking skills required, Mandarin and a Scandinavian language preferred (but not mandatory) ?As a person you are the one that "get things done", entrepreneurial and fearless.
