We are now hiring a Digital Marketing Manager responsible for websites, social media and to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
The Digital Marketing Manager is part of the Global ASSA ABLOY Hospitality Marketing team and reports to the Marketing Communications Director. The job is located in one of our premises, and some international travel is required.
Responsibilities
The main areas of responsibility are:
• Website(s) - Updating websites, ensuring content is relevant and up to date.
• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
• Develop and implement local marketing campaigns in close cooperation with local sales teams.
• Administration of media bank and other internal tools
• Basic graphic editing and general marketing support
Skills/Qualifications
• Preferred Bachelor Degree
• Proven working experience in digital marketing
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics)
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Able to run multiple tasks with a tight & clear overview.
• Quick learner, organized, detail orientated and performance orientated.
• Be highly familiar with Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop and HTML
• Structured, Self-going and ambitious
• Keeping tight deadlines
• Team player, contribute to creating a good team spirit amongst colleagues
• Strong communication skills in English
