Trialbee is a dynamic, fast-paced and rapidly growing startup with a single purpose of accelerating clinical research. We provide innovative software solutions that optimize the clinical trial process by enabling all stakeholders to easily communicate and collaborate on a joint platform.
We are looking for creative and entrepreneurial minds with a passion for digital communication to help strategize, create, and implement digital engagement programs to support, the customer project and sales teams. You will develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing communications across all channels.. The Digital Marketing Manager will be key for successful delivery of our projects to the customer as well as a powerful driver for our campaigns.
Responsibilities:
• Establish digital marketing channels and channel optimization - SEO
• Manage and build social media presence - Create shareable content appropriate for specific social networks that will support key campaign messages, help create awareness and drive traffic to our website
• Understand the specific demographics for each campaign and how to best reach the target audiences.
• Estimate budgets needed for each campaign.
• Identify targets to speed up the trial or signup process and the develop the necessary journeys and strategies to reach these targets.
• Identify ways to improve traffic and conversion to the site as well as lead generation strategy
• Launch, monitor and optimize outreach campaigns through website analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Work closely with the delivery, sales and marketing teams
• Research and refer networks/partnerships with patient organizations that can benefit our sales teams and help drive our campaigns
• Work with graphics team to generate visuals
• Measure and report performance on all digital marketing activity, and assess against objectives (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights - budget management
Qualifications:
• A relevant marketing or business degree
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords and Facebook campaigns
• SEO expertise
• Data management experience
• Strong communicator
• Agile and fast-paced thinker with an understanding of how to build a path to reach our project goals
• Experience working with digital marketing, marketing analytics, channel optimization
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and has skills within graphic design is a plus
• E-commerce experience is a strong advantage
• Business-savvy with the ability to help establish strategic partnerships
• Fluent written and oral English skills
• Personality: Outgoing, energetic, driven, passion for personal and corporate growth, detail-oriented
• To be successful in this position you need to be creative, eager to learn and have a can do? attitude
