Are you an enthusiastic digital professional with a background with email marketing and marketing automation flows either in-house or with an agency? Working in a central team, but in a cross functional and multi-market role, you will drive all aspects of our email marketing strategy and support us as we implement marketing automation flows. You will work closely with different markets to drive their email marketing approach, constantly evolving what works and what doesn't. DeLaval is on a journey when it comes to our digital communications and you will play a key role in driving this transformation, having the patience to explain what you are doing but never backing down when you believe you have the best solution.Does this sounds interesting? This role provides high visibility and requires close collaboration with multiple stakeholders, from regional and global marketing teams to sales and operations.
Your Responsibilities
In the role as a email marketing/marketing automation specialist your tasks will include
• Lead DeLaval 's strategy and process for email marketing within DeLaval
• Drive the selection and implementation process of a Marketing Automation tool and review the current email marketing tool
• Work with relevant parts of the organisation (E-Commerce, Digital Services, Local Markets) to establish marketing automation flows
• Work with Cluster Marketing teams, Corporate Communication and Digital Services to implement successful content into the MA flows

In this role you 'll collaborate with your teammates in growth marketing and cross-functionally to ensure DeLaval 's customers and prospects have a world-class experience at every touchpoint.
Our Expectations
To succeed in this role you should have 2+ years experience working with email marketing and marketing automation and a track record of delivering results focused email marketing campaigns processes
past title would have included the word marketing or communications. You have experience working with email to some degree, whether it be writing email copy or deploying emails on an email platform. Further more, you have the ability to analyse different tools and platforms and select the tools that will work best for DeLaval. You know and has worked in Mailchimp, Hubspot, Google Analytics or/and Adobe Creative Suite.
You 're used to working in a fast paced environment and can project manage multiple tasks at once. You have exceptional writing skills and love being creative. Fluent English both oral and written is required, additional languages are always a plus!
