Are you an active social media user with an innovative and creative marketing mind? MultiMind is looking to hire a digital marketer for an initial 3 month consultancy opportunity. For the right person there is a good chance of prolongation.

THE MISSION
As a Digital Marketer, you will independently lead projects and work in close collaboration with the senior Marketing Manager and the EMEA teams.
In order to identify and develop the most effective channels and activities, you will be expected to be up to date with the latest digital media trends, in order to effectively market and target specific audiences in the various stages of the customer buying cycle.
Your tasks include:
• Plan, manage and execute measureable, integrated modern marketing plans with a strong focus on digital marketing
• Align campaign tactics to buying cycle stages and solution areas based on the marketing persona
• Act as a key partner and subject matter expert to the sales and business development teams, working closely with them to creating sales opportunities to contribute to the overall success of the business
• Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of each campaign and communicate results and plan for improvement
• Check lead quality and sales follow-up.
REQUIREMENTS
You are an active social media user who is enthusiastic, open and flexible with an extroverted personality. We value a strong drive and proven ability to perform in a high-paced environment. 85% of language spoken during a regular working day is English and your colleagues come from diverse backgrounds. Thus, we see that you are interested and enthusiastic about working in an international environment that changes all the time.
Formal requirements include:
• 5 years experience at a marketing department, preferably within the IT industry
• Knowledge of the various marketing disciplines, especially modern marketing and digital marketing
• Knowledge and practical working experience of direct digital marketing channels from website to search engine, to social media channels, to digital multi-touch and nurture campaigns
• Experience of project planning with a strong sense of project ownership and ability to anticipate possible roadblocks and provide viable solutions
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask and manage time effectively.
• Excellent writing, editing and communication skills
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
• Preferred knowledge in one or more of the Nordic languages
• Preferred experience with Microsoft office, Eloqua and Certain
THE ORGANIZATION
Oracle Nordic Applications is divided into four product pillars, spread in all the four Nordic countries. The local Nordic field organization is supporting the Saas applications sales organization. Marketing material is created and provided by corporate and regional, therefore it is important that you have a good understanding of the different Nordics countries so you can apply adjustments to these campaigns.
