Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Responsibilities
Work to create a plan for social media strategies
Assist in the growth of the brand by raising awareness through various social media platforms
Ensure the brand message is constant from the terminology used to images posted
Interact with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the company's social media pages
Assist in implementing plans to increase followers on popular social media websites such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display)
Manage and maintain an online presence through owned media including website, mobile app, and email/CRM software
Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various online platforms
Oversee the creating and implementation of a newsletter which includes impact stories and strategic initiatives
Manage the website, keeping it up to date with relevant & creative content in line with metrics
Conduct research on online market trends, brand audiences, competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey and provide suggestions for improvement
Stay updated on emerging digital tools and platforms, trends, new technologies and share insights
Prepare and manage a digital marketing campaign budget in line with the overall
Producing regular communications assets such as graphics and short videos
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
Qualifications
Creative digital content creator
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
At least 3 years of social media management experience
Professional certification in Google Analytics strongly preferred
Digital marketing certifications are an added advantage.
Familiar with multi-social posting through programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot
General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
Familiarity with web design & video marketing.
