Reporting to the CMO, this internship will support all our Growth and Community Engagement initiatives.
About The Job
You will work with a small international team located around the world. You will take responsibility for creating moving images, video and graphics to enhance social media stories and marketing campaigns. As an important team member, you will be able to learn and develop your skills in Social Media Marketing campaigns. This role will increase our social media presence through paid and organic media and gain visibility for our brand with travelers and influencers.
The Details
The internship will work across three of the five tracks of the Handiscover Growth Stack. 1. Acquisition, 2. Engagement & Retention, 3. Analytics & Insights.
Acquisition: Increase Followers in our existing Social Media Channels e.g. Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook and etc.
Acquisition: Create Target based Social Media Acquisition campaigns using in-house tools
Acquisition: Create and Post Digital Stories for Inbound Social Media Campaigns
Community Engagement: Increase number of Influencers and Ambassadors that engage and share our content.
Community Engagement: Monitoring and replying to messages in all Social Media channels and engaging users to be featured in Handiscover Channels.
Community Engagement: Feature community members via video or live content
Engagement: Creating, Coordinating and Distributing Content in all Social Media Channels.
Analytics: Monitoring social media analytics, and track key monthly KPIs.

Qualifications
Things are always changing in the digital realm, so the ability and drive to continually learn new things and readily adapt to change is an essential part of the job.
Familiar with Photoshop, iMovie, or other media and graphic editing software.
Strong work ethic, deep understanding of the top Social Media platforms, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to continuous improvement.
Knowledge of Social Media Advertising
