Our group, Digital Learning managment, is responsible for maintaining and developing a portfolio of digital tools and methods for learning and competence development. We also support the Scania organization in the development of digital learning solutions targeted to business needs on demand. We are now looking for a digital learning consultant to support the organization in the development of digital learning solutions.

Tasks

Support and coach the organization in digital learning
Develop, produce, coordinate, publish and maintain e-Learning
Develop new methods within digital learning
Analyze customer needs and provide optimal solutions
Benchmark and stay up to date on new developments within learning technologies
Project management

Knowledge and skills

Experience in working with digital learning
Experience and/or interest in new digital learning solutions
Relevant university education and/or relevant experience
Experience in working cross functionally
Analytic and creative problem solving
Customer oriented
Teamwork
Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
