Mainresponsibilities
Thedigital leadwill haveabig impact informinga company that is driven by innovation, while working in a fast-paced environment.We constantly question industry ideas and thinking, challenging ourselves to be better.
You will lead and launch new concepts delivering innovative solutions for our customers.You will be responsible for the delivery of digital tools that gives a seamless customer journey.

• Identify and understand business needs, define and drive the delivery of digital solutions to meet those needs
• Establish and maintain long term strategies and tactical roadmaps
• Create trust by leading, collaborating and coachingcross functionalteams and partners towards our goals
• Continuouslyimprove and ensureefficient andeffectivesourcing of solutions and operations together with partners
• Contribute to theestablishment andevolution of thedigitalorganisation
Requirements and personal qualities
You have
• At least 10 years' experience of working with digital products or services
• A solid experience ofleadershiproleswithin the development of digital products or services
• Experience from leadingand coachingpeople towards a common goal
• Experienceinworking with agile methodologies
• Bachelor's Degree in software engineering, industrial engineering or equivalent
• Excellent English communication skills, both in writing and verbal?
