Let us describe the challenge we offer
Product Area Customer Interactions is responsible for globally delivering and maintaining Digital Products supporting customer touchpoints such as Test drives, Event management, Space operations, and the overall digital experience in our Polestar Spaces where we interact with existing, and new potential customers.
The Product Area Customer Interactions is part of the Customer Acquisition and Services domain, we deliver digital solutions that enable the acquisition of new customers and services to existing customers. Our primary goal is to provide our customers with a first-class experience in both the physical and digital touchpoints. The domain leverages a best-of-breed of technology, combining bespoke solutions with commercial technologies. The domain is a key enabler of Polestar's overall strategy as a Direct-to-consumer brand and the increasingly important aftermarket business.
What you'll do
As the Digital Lead, you will own the vision and the roadmap for the digital team, and responsible for planning & execution. You are responsible for specific business KPIs, and responsible for ensuring capacity demand and supply matching is upheld, on a long-term and sprint basis.
You will work closely with your team to ensure business value and that user feedback is translated into new developments when necessary. With your understanding of the market/industry, customer needs and tech-savviness you will ask the right questions and steer the team in the right direction
We are looking for you who is a confident relationship builder, working alongside external and internal stakeholders to support your team in developing your digital products/services/platforms.
Who you are
To be a great fit for this position we believe you have:
• Master's degree in Business Administration with solid computer science skills or other IT-related field of study, Computer Science or within Information Technology
• Previous experience as a Digital lead/Product Owner from a tech/software context. Preferable within a fast-growing tech companies/agencies
• Ability to lead and nurture agile methodologies, as well as capability to manage priorities within the backlog
• Proficiently of procuring services and managing vendors
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Familiarity with relevant software and standards and experience with cloud computing in any public cloud is desirable
