You are passionate about digital products and thrive in the role of leading cross-functional teams to deliver new capabilities to our IKEA customers and co-workers around the world.
You have a background from Launch/ Roll-out Management, Project Management or Digital transformation; and experience in planning and executing launch of new digital products to the many across multiple geographies? You are motivated by:

To be successful in this role, we believe you will bring:
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
• Knowledge of planning management and building integrated and structured frameworks
• Experience in strategic communication and change management
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Experience of working with iterative, agile product development and launch teams, including key events and artefacts
• Experience in handling complex environments with multiple product launches happening across different markets simultaneously
• Understanding of change processes required for rollout of digital products across markets
• Knowledge of IKEAs corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As our next Digital Launch Leader, you are responsible for launching and roll-out digital products to our cross-functional teams crosswise our 31 Ingka countries to achieve Business Value with speed and quality by implementing our Launch Framework.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be to:
• Launch Digital Products with medium and complex launch impact, as per agreement with Product Owner
• Lead the launch across a diverse set of activities to ensure a successful launch (Business process and technical aspect) including communication of product/ multi-product launch status to applicable forums
• Contribute to develop and establish an overall launch plan with committed delivery timelines
• Track readiness of countries and central support functions to ensure timeline to be kept for a successful launch
• Secure a customized launch toolkit for the specific product, with a consolidated change plan and training material
• Collaborate closely, provide guidance and support to the digital teams in the countries to ensure successful execution of work packages
• Receive and incorporate country feedback on communication and training material
• Be part of developing and maintaining our Launch Framework comprising our ways of working, tools, and practices.

You will join the Digital Planning & Deployment team within the Digital Countries organization.
Together as a team we drive transparency and collaboration between our central teams and our 31 Ingka countries; and bring business value with speed and quality by implementing our common Launch Framework to ensure launch with excellence.
This role is a permanent position based in our Hubhult office in Malmö, Sweden.
