Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and leveraging market trends to develop innovative digital solutions that meet the needs of our clients in Northern Europe. This role requires a visionary employee with a deep understanding of digital technologies, market dynamics, and customer needs, to drive the creation and commercialization of new digital products and services.

You will be responsible for:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve innovation by staying updated on market trends and developing cutting-edge digital solutions.
Lead the ideation, development, and launch of new digital solutions tailored for Northern Europe, with the potential to scale globally. Collaboration with resources in Local Divisions and Globally.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and lead the innovation process from prospecting to ready product.
Engage with clients to understand their business challenges, goals, and needs, positioning digital innovation solutions that deliver value and drive business outcomes.
Collaborate with marketing, product management, and other cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns, product messaging, and sales collateral that support sales efforts and drive customer engagement.
Stay updated of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the digital innovation space, and use insights to inform sales strategies and differentiate offerings.
Develop concrete leads for M&A and Partnership based on market trends.
Qualifications for the role
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital innovation, digital transformation, or a related field within a technology-driven environment.
Strong understanding of digital innovation trends, technologies, and solutions, preferably cloud computing, IoT, AI, data analytics, and digital transformation.
Proven leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve ambitious targets.
Preferably experience in scaling digital solutions and driving innovation in technology services.
