SCA is currently searching for recent graduates in Marketing, Business Administration or similar fields to start in fall 2016. Selected candidates will participate in SCA’s two-year Graduate On-boarding Program within the organization.
We are currently offering a Digital Graduate Program within our Consumer Goods Business Unit. SCA’s Business Unit Consumer Goods Europe sells and markets baby diapers, incontinence care products, feminine hygiene as well as consumer tissue products. Our regional consumer tissue brands are market leaders in Europe, our baby diapers brand is the 2nd largest player in Europe and our feminine brand is the fastest growing in Europe!
If you are interested in gaining work experience and entering the field of Ecommerce and Digital, then this GO! Program will help you build a strong understanding of how the market works and what skills you will need to develop in order to grow and evolve.
Responsibilities
During the 24 month GO! Program you will have the opportunity to gather holistic expertise and insights into our most important operational and strategic Digital Marketing & E-Commerce departments. Join a network of graduates and experience local Digital Marketing & E-Commerce work by spending time in the local market. Develop yourself in a real position, through training sessions, net- working events & mentoring. We are looking for your ideas & insights to make SCA even better.

What are we looking for?
Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships are an advantage. Having obtained a Master's degree in media, business, marketing, communication or related areas, achieved no later than 18 months ago will be a prerequisite. Your level of English and the language of the country for which you are applying, needs to be fluent. Finally, availability for traveling may be required for the SCA GO! Program
