Born in 2014 by Creative Director, Max Svärdh and CEO, Albin Johansson, Axel Arigato is a Sweden based contemporary brand that started from an Instagram page and an idea to break into the footwear market.

With deep roots in music, art, architecture and what is contemporary, Axel Arigato has defined itself by offering more than a product. It has been created to leave an experience at the front of mind, whether it's via stores, online or through events.

Axel Arigato currently has 6 stores, including London, Copenhagen, Stockholm and Gothenburg with more pending. Expanding from 2 people to now hiring over 65 members of staff in 4 years, Axel Arigato also operates a subsidiary office in London.

We are looking for someone with hands-on online marketing experience to join our online team. We want you that is interested in fashion which is being utilized when creating growth through our online channels. You need to be data-driven and find your way through the data that is being provided.

You are working on the day-to-day execution with campaigns on our different platforms to enable a constant growth strategy while always delivering the right brand message. Always challenging existing ideas with a constant willingness to find new loopholes for an optimised structure and higher growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing ads platform such as FB/Insta, Google, programmatic display etc
• Monitor performance and run necessary analyse for optimised ROIs and growth to ensure that all channels are performing according to their targets
• Provide daily and weekly reports, tracking and analysing performance
• Scaling and Automating the growth processes
• Driving online traffic, acquisitions, leads and revenue through Paid Search, Display Advertising, Email, Remarketing, Affiliate and any other brand-appropriate digital marketing strategies at acceptable ROI as defined by the business
• Build new and develop existing measuring tools/reports through Google Docs, GA, Funnel
• Work closely with branding and merchandising team to understand what content and products to work with throughout the season
• Providing insight into our website performance (Pageviews, conversions, bounce rates, etc) including customer shopping behaviour on-site and pathing information to make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up to date with latest updates including current channels but not excluding new potential important platforms

Requirements

• At least one-year experience of performance marketing, growth marketing, affiliate marketing, CRM or similar
• The equivalent of a BA/BSc or higher
• Well-developed experience of Excel
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Experience of GA
• Being performance and results-oriented heavily related to sales
