Supporting Digital Managers in consumer journey strategy from awareness and acquisition to retention.
Interacting with Marketing & Sales teams to impact the full consumer lifecycle and improve business outcomes.
Supporting on consumer segmentation, targeting aligned with global guidelines and localisation efforts, define CRM strategy, including data collection and marketing automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Consumer lifetime management across multiple channels and mediums, including email, texts, websites etc. that drive measurable improvements in customer engagement, loyalty, decreased churn and increased retention rates. Manage consumer segmentation and targeting in accordance with guidelines.
In Loyalty Strategy, support Digital Manager strategy to drive campaign briefs, objectives and agency management. Support in the localisation of campaigns and assets including gathering requirements, assisting with the creative review and approval process, collaborating with designers, copywriters, and developers to ensure adherence to the global program guidelines.
Consumer & data management including data collection & marketing automation to identify, size, and prioritise opportunities that drive higher lifetime value for our target segments.
Program Monitoring & Evaluation; assessing the effectiveness and accuracy of new campaigns. Optimise results by utilising a data centric approach.
Works closely with other members of Marketing & Sales and with other internal and external (Digital Agencies) functions.
Collaborate with JTI RRP Team members to ensure alignment with all stakeholders and compliance with market standards and company processes and procedures.
